Creperie in the spotlight
MaxiYumms
Location : 88 Albany Street

After having had the fortunate opportunity of studying abroad last summer in Paris, I extinguished all sorts of hope in finding a creperie, a good one, in this bustling little metropolis… But then came along MaxiYumms.
I bet you didn’t even know there was a crêperie* right here in New Brunswick. Well, now you do. Located right by Old Man Rafferty’s, the walk from campus to MaxiYumms is short. The crêperie opened during the fall of 2013. The menu offers both sweet and savoury crêpes, including the option to craft your own. The portions are hefty and the prices are equivalent to Chipotle (acceptable!).
The playlist is never stuck on replay and the music is played softly so you WON’T HAVE TO YELL AT YOUR FRIEND IN ORDER TO HEAR!
MaxiYumms is a great place to unwind and study solo with a delicious mug of hot cacao, gather with friends or take that cutie you’ve been eyeing, out on a date.

*Do you even know what a crepe is? And no, it’s not a thin pancake.
